Hi, I am Trish. I love helping peope and putting a smile on their face through my actions and words. Therefore, I want to become a psychologist so I can support people in returning to a more balanced state of mind which shall allow them to live their life more freely.
When I am not reading a book about psychology or listening to a self-development podcast, I am probably making music, dancing or enjoying my time in a coffee shop. However, if the sun is out I am in whatever green space I can find (preferably close to a river or lake).
Hot chocolate is my medicine for grey days and I love co-creating wholesome community events.
For my own sanity, I love to keep my space tidy and clean (and that includes following a cleaning schedule).
