Richard is looking for: A Room / Studio / Apartment in Leiden
- Room / Studio / Apartment
- Min. 25 m2
- Male
- From 12 November 2026
Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Richard Szucs, and I am looking for a quiet, long-term home (minimum 12 months and/or an indefinite term). I work as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager at Cullen Cleaning Services B.V. (CCS) on a permanent contract.
My monthly (gross) income: ~€3000
Budget: €800 - €1000
I'm an EU citizen (originally from Hungary).
I need to relocate as my current landlords are expecting a baby. I am available to move between **November 12th and December 1st**.
I have a university degree (Károly Eszterházy Catholic University - PhD), I lead a quiet lifestyle, do not smoke, and have no pets. With my background in housekeeping, maintaining a spotless, well-cared-for home and being a respectful neighbor come naturally to me.
I can provide an employer’s statement within 2 business days, recent payslips, and a positive landlord statement (*verhuurdersverklaring*) immediately.
I would welcome the opportunity to view the apartment.
Kind regards,
Richard Szucs
